Pet Pro Booking a community-based platform connecting pet owners to trustworthy and caring professionals.

It currently consists of a local pet services directory, featuring pet professionals and companies in Luxembourg and highlighting verified professionals.

The goal is to help pet owners find the perfect fit for them and their pet.

Online booking, verified reviews and personalized recommendations will be added soon. Many other features are planned, this is just the beginning!

When you see the green "Verified" badge, it means that the professional voluntarily went through our verification process so pet owners can make more informed choices.

We check key elements such as:

• Credentials
• Education, trainings, certifications & affiliations
• Business registration
• Required authorizations for that profession
• Feedback from the pet community

Verified professionals also appear first in search results. This helps protect pet owners by making the most transparent professionals easier to find.

These practitioners show that they take their profession seriously, meet higher standards and value transparency with pet owners.

If you can't find your favorite professional or company on Pet Pro Booking, head over to the "Refer a Pro" page to submit a referral.

Once submitted, our team will review the information and reach out to the professional to create a profile.

If the professional or company you are referring, already has a profile on Pet Pro Booking, you will see their name appear as a suggestion in the name field.

If your pet has already seen this professional you can leave a recommendation (review) for them to help other pet owners find reliable care.

Recommendations are like reviews. Pet owners can recommend professionals and companies that they trust.

How it works:

• You can leave 1 recommendation per professional/company

• All comments are reviewed (to limit spam)
• More recommendations = more visibility (higher in results)

Important to know:

• Recommendations are public

• They are marked as "unverified"
(Verification will come with online booking)
• Users can see how many recommendations each pro/company has

• Users can read the details on profiles

If you want to fully showcase your services and differentiate yourself from the crowd, you can apply for a Premium & Verified profile.

We review your credentials, qualifications, registration, and relevant authorizations, so pet owners know you’re a serious, reliable professional.

Once verified, you can:

• Add your services, photo, descriptions, social media, languages, opening hours, qualifications, affiliations, and more details
• Stand out with a verified badge
• Appear higher in search results
• Access higher visibility options (homepage feature, newsletter highlight)
• Have a detailed profile to help owners choose you with confidence

We're actively developing our booking system. This is not generated by AI or an external agency. We are working with experienced professional developers to make sure the structure is robust and scalable. We take pet care seriously.

You can join the waitlist to be notified when this feature launches.

The "I want to book this pro/company" button on profiles also helps us gauge interest in booking specific providers and notifies you when that specific professional/company opens online booking.

Currently, you can scroll down on your existing profile, and click on "Request an update". Fill out the quick form and we'll take care of it ASAP.

Soon, you'll be able to manage your profile independently via a personalised dashboard. (coming soon!)

Like pet owners, we value trust and transparency. We highlight and reward professionals who go through our verification process.

Getting verified means gaining trust & visibility. You appear higher in results and showcase a more detailed profile, including your services, social media, opening hours, photo and much more. You also unlock other visibility options. (more details here)

Simply head on over to the "I'm a pro" page and click on "upgrade profile" (or scroll down to the form at the bottom of the page.) Fill out the form and select "premium" as the visibility option.

If you don't have a profile yet, you can join as a verified professional too! Use the same form and just type "Not Listed" in the Pet Pro Booking profile link section.

Right now you can already invest in your credibility and visibility by getting verified.

This is reserved for professionals who take their work seriously!

Being verified builds trust, visibility, and long-term exposure. It unlocks higher visibility options and early movers start gathering more recommendations, thus moving further up in the search results. Plus your profile will be ready and more visible for bookings when it’s available.

Getting verified requires a one-time payment of 249€, and gets you verified - for life! If you’re the owner of the company, your company and your profile get verified.
